* Along with the membership which covers the cost of packing, shipping and round-trip transportation of your selection, you also have access to many smaller and inexpensive programs, like "The Psychology of Success, Prosperity and Money." Since it's the policy of the CLUB DOERS to offer a cost effective service, we treat programs that retail for $14.95 as a listing le" to you.

In other words, we include only six units of a major program or a combination of six singles at one time. Our selections are also coded in three groups: "A" for the beginner, "B" for intermediate or second year Student of Success, and "C" for the third year or advanced and above. Your selection will usually be shipped within 48 hours to members in good standing.

* You may keep the selection for two weeks. Any additional time will reduce the time and number of other programs you are able to use during the year. You then repack the program in its carton, using the pre-addre8sed label, and it will be picked up and returned to us.

* Stay on track by enclosing your next request along with the selection you are returning. Our service is strictly done by mail order.

SUCCEEDING BY LISTENING - A proved, simplified way to personal growth since the late 1960's, the widespread use of the small, compact, cassette tape recorder player has revolutionized "learning by listening." It has become a way of life - a tool for performance improvement - accepted and adopted worldwide in education, business, government, and in every trade and profession.

One reason for this revolution is the convenience and portability of cassette players. Normally, nonproductive time can be utilized by listening to a cassette tape while traveling between appointments - or to and from work. The early morning or evening can be spent listening to and learning subjects which need to be but seldom are a part of everyone's personal development program.

As children, we listened before we learned to read - and the spoken word still carries a stronger emotional stimulus than printed characters on a page. CLUB DOERS AUDIO CASSETTE LIBRARY BORROWING PROCEDURES REQUIREMENTS

01. Be a Club Doers Member in good standing

02. Present either a BOSSA Success Systems Training Membership Card or copy of Club Doers Membership Application Form

03. Present a current driver's license or comparable photo identification and proof of current address

04. Have the same current address on both their Membership Card and identification

05. Pay a $50.00 cassette insurance fee that is refundable to members in good standing

A maximum of 6 units may be borrowed at one time for a loan period of two weeks. Cassettes must be returned no later than one hour before closing on the date they are due.

All cassettes checked out by a member with the same due date must be returned at the same time (no partial returns) and cassettes may not be renewed.

A charge of $1.00 per day per unit will be charged for overdue cassettes.

Audio cassettes are to be returned using the mail or UPS and may not be returned in person. There will be a $1.00 charge per unit that is not rewound to the beginning.

All BOSSA Success Training Systems Training Membership Card Numbers must be presented each time cassettes are checked out. You are not allowed to check out cassettes on someone else's card.

The person in whose name cassettes are checked out assumes complete financial responsibility for the cassettes. The insurance fee will provide coverage for up to 80% of the cost of a damaged audio cassette. The member is responsible for the remaining 20% of the cost. Rewind cassettes after playing. There will be a $1.00 charge per unit not rewound.

Do not attempt to repair any cassette damage. Be sure to report any damaged tapes to the Audio Staff.

The BOSSA Success Training Systems Distance Learning Library is not responsible for damage to members' cassette players.

I will inspect requested materials upon receipt and notify BOSSA Success Systems within 24 hours in the event any materials are damaged or in any way incomplete, so as

not to be held responsible for the condition in which they were delivered. In the event they are lost or damaged while in my possession, I agree to pay an amount equal to their retail value, printed in the current catalog and price list.

I shall have the materials ready for pick-up or mailed within two weeks after my receipt of same, unless I have notified BOSSA Success Systems at least three (3) days prior to the two-week deadline. A late fee of $1.00 per unit shall be due for each additional day or portion thereof that I retain the materials past the two weeks allotted.

Programs returned incomplete or damaged are considered outstanding until missing and/or damaged components are replaced or BOSSA Success Systems is compensated for same. Likewise, in the event I do not return my selection within four (4) weeks from the date on which it was delivered, I shall remit an amount equal to its retail value plus the total of accumulated late fees.

I understand that any future requests to borrow programs will be subject to the conditions of the check-out agreement by which they are selected. I will maintain a library insurance deposit on account as a member in good standing.

The insurance fee will provide coverage for a percentage of the cost of a damaged audio or video cassette. When necessary I will be responsible 'for the cost of the remaining percentage. I will rewind all cassettes or pay the $1.00 charge and report any damaged materials.

It is my understanding that the SEEDS OF SUCCESS, BOSSA SUCCESS TRAINING SYSTEMS can not and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the material, and all representations and warranties with respect thereto are hereby expressly denied. Therefore,

I shall hold THE BOSSA SUCCESS TRAINING SYSTEMS harmless for any-direct or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of techniques or instructions given therein.

I have read and agree to the terms, and know that violation of this agreement may result in the revocation of my privilege to borrow materials from THE SEEDS OF SUCCESS BOSSA SUCCESS TRAINING SYSTEMS DISTANCE LEARNING LIBRARY. Should legal action be necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to legal fees."

ANY MEMBER DOES NOT REALIZE A POSITIVE GAIN IN THEIR FINANCIAL POSITION EQUAL TO OR AT LEAST TWICE THE ENROLLMENT FEE AS CONSIDERATION FOR THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, THEN, THE MEMBER IS ENTITLED TO A 100% RETURN OF THAT FEE CHARGED IN THE AGREEMENT FOR SUCCESS EDUCATION TRAINING CONSULTING SERVICES.

SAID MEMBER MUST MAKE WRITTEN APPLICATION TO THE SEEDS OF SUCCESS, BOSSA Success Training Systems  WITHIN TEN (10) WORKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETING THE ONE (1) YEAR PROGRAM IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THIS GUARANTEE.
