Compensation: Compensation for personal production will range from $40.00 to $15.00 plus $5.00 residual income per Referral Agent client with management training depending upon the compensation plan selected. Plan - A: compensates the Agent with a One-Time $1,000.00 for each qualified Franchise, Sub Franchise or Home Owners Success Training Systems. Compensation for personal production will range from $675.00 to $3,800.00 per referral for Plan - B:and up to 10% residuals per Real Estate Mortgage Loan Originator per client after successfully completing management training and a required California state licensing examination. Compensation for personal production may range from $750.00 to $3,800.00 after certification plus 10% residuals per Real Estate Corporate Division Director per client after management training with a full corporate benefit package after demonstrating their ability to manage a corporate business operation.
